Property Management issues

Hi,

I just started a new job as a HR Generalist with a condominium mangement firm. In trying to be proactive I would appreciate your feedback on what some of the issues property managers/staff face with respect to human resources, and how a HR person can be of help.

From a HR point of view, the main issues that property managers face are the using the correct procedures at all times when dealing with the property owners and managment company, thus it is essential that there is strict procedures that are followed for each issue that arises.
