Building Operator Wanted

An experienced Building Operator is required to join the Operations Team at a 500,000 sq.ft "Class A" office building located in downtown Toronto.

Requiring a team player, this position is responsible for preventative maintenance to base building equipment and ensuring compliance with all fire code requirements, responding to tenant service requests and all other responsibilities associated with Building Operations.

A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial buildings with SMT or SMA designation is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and full ranges of benefits incl Continued Education.
