Software Advice, a free online resource for software buyers, has created the "Tech Savvy Property Manager" Designation aimed at property managers who are using the industry's latest technology.

This designation rates property management firms on their adoption of technology capabilities that:

• Make tenants’ lives easier and more convenient;
• Improve collaboration and communication with building owners; and,
• Make the property manager more efficient in their operations.
