Property Management Certification

I would like to get a Property Management certification and being from Romania the only way would be online. Can you tell me if that is possible? And give me some information? I want the certification to be the real thing and not just a paper that says I took some courses.

Depends what country you want to operate in? In most countries there is an professional association, I suggest that you contact your local association and ask them for advice.
