How important is investing in real estate?
My father's interested in buying a house and have it rented out. He's saying it's a really good investment and we can really get a good sum of money from it. Could you give me any websites that talks about all the things related to investing in real estate? I'm curious at all these especially during these hard economic times and money is hard to come by.
