Really depends on what type of property and where you are located. The best way to get a good property manager is through a personal referral. We do commercial property management in the Portland, OR area.

Looking for a property management company can be difficult, I think that asking around in your area and get some personal recommendations can be a good place to start

Also a good idea to get references of developments that the property management company manages and call up the board of management contacts for feedback
