E&O Insurance
Do property managers need E$O insurance or something similar? This may sound naive but I'm just getting into it. Thanks.

I don't know if you are required to have E&O but it couldn't hurt. You never know what could happen down the road. Also, I think it adds credibility to be able to let your potential customers know you may be insured and/or bonded.
