You wouldn't understand Sparky. Most building operators are like that. They tend to get attached to their buildings. The longer they stay the stronger the bond. it kinda becomes their baby and their second home.

I guess I can understand that...........kinda like some of the customers I
deal with.................Some are nice and lots of fun to work for & then there's the one's who you hate to get a call to go too...........

I hear ya loud and clear. Same here, we have nice tenats we would jump off buildings for and we have some we wouldn't care if they fell in the sanitary pit. We leave them pits open sometime hoping they fall in.
