electrical motor

I am new to this forum and I have question: what is the simplest way to check that the ventor/blower motor is no more good.(tecnically) and the way to replace it .thanks

Paul, the simplest way to verify if a motor is bad is to measure with a voltmeter the input voltage. If your input voltage is as per manufacturer reccomendation and the motor fails to start then it is safe to say that the motor need replacement. In some cases the problem might not be electrical related......a worn bearing(motor hums) could also prevent a motor from running.
The most common problem with ventor motors, because of the higher rpm(3500rpm) and temperature they operate at is mechanical failure.
