It has been a quiet dream of mine for a long time to break in to property management. My mother did it throughout different points in my childhood i know it was not a cake walk to get in the ideal position. But I was wandering if I could get some pointers. Like a reputable licensing company that deals allot with people in Small property management. And how to got about locating available positions for smaller properties. My ultimate goal is to get a love in position with free rent. I have a certain amount of experience and concept of what the job requires. How ever I need a lfresh take. Thank you for taking a moment.

If you mother did it, wouldn't she be the best person to train you and give you some pointers. Also, what you are asking cannot be answered without knowing which City you are operating from.
